For security reasons, failing to comply with these things both in Certification and Production may keep you from participating not only in this one and potentially any other project at Omni Interactions:
Firewall and antivirus:
Some applications will not properly install or let you login if a Firewall and Antivirus programs are not enabled.
Personal Proxy or VPN:
Disconnect from your personal VPN or Proxy whenever accessing any Omni systems, during certification classes, and while servicing our clients.
Continental US only:
Do not access any Omni systems or tools while outside of the US. You must be located in the Continental US during all certification and when servicing our clients.
